Shuttles
Shaklee has negotiated with Gray Line to provide discounted shuttle rates for airport transportation during the 2010 Global Conference. To take advantage of this reduced pricing, you MUST print and present the coupon below. This required coupon also has instructions on how to find the shuttle at the airport.

Los Angeles Airport (LAX) to Disneyland Hotels
- No reservations required
- Service runs every hour between 6:30am – 10:30am and 7:30pm – midnight; every half hour 11:00am – 7:30pm
- Discounted Price: $19/one way; $27/round trip with coupon ($22/one way, $27/round trip without coupon)

John Wayne Airport (SNA) to Disneyland Hotels
- No reservations required
- Service runs every hour between 7:45am – 9:45am and 7:45pm – 10:45pm; every half hour 9:45am – 7:45pm
- Regular pricing: $17/one way; $27/round trip
- Group pricing: $14/one way; $22/round trip
NOTE: ADA Buses are available, but you must book them 48 hours in advance.

CONFERENCE TRANSPORTATION
The Anaheim Convention Center is conveniently located in the heart of The Anaheim Resort™ area, a vibrant network of premium hotels and attractions, many of which are located within walking distance of one another.
This unique district is served by the Anaheim Resort Transit ( ART ) system. ART runs on alternative fuel which is a clean, comfortable, safe and easy way to access Disneyland™, Disney's California Adventure™, Downtown Disney®, the Anaheim Convention Center , restaurants and shops and hotels around The Anaheim Resort™ area.
At Shaklee we’re always looking for ways to make our events even more environmentally friendly. To that end we will be providing shuttle service between the Anaheim Convention Center and Shaklee-sponsored hotels only to those conference attendees with disabilities.

To assist you in your transportation planning, we’ve listed approximate distances* between Shaklee sponsored hotels and the Anaheim Convention Center. Please check with the hotel directly for more precise distance information. If you choose to stay at a hotel other than one that is Shaklee-sponsored, you may wish to check with them to see if they are on the ART System.

All ART buses run on alternative fuel, making them a clean and comfortable way to access the Anaheim Convention Center, Disney parks, and restaurants and shops in the area.
There are a total of 15 different routes available on the ART system, with almost all of them including a stop at the Anaheim Convention Center.
ART is a fare based system. Passengers can purchase passes at numerous convenient locations, including participating hotels and motels, ticketing kiosks throughout Anaheim, and the Anaheim Visitor Desk in the Convention Center.
Passes are required for anyone 3-years-of-age or older. Children 2 and under ride free and do not require a pass. ART passes cannot be purchased on-board the buses. If you do not pre-purchase a pass, you will need to have exact change of $3 for a one-way trip.
1-, 3-, and 5-day passes are available, with prices being $4, $10, and $16 respectively.
TRAVEL TIPS
What to Pack
The average temperature in Anaheim/Orange County is 70 degrees. Summers are moderate to hot with cool evenings. Be sure to have light, breathable fabrics for during the day, but also carry a sweater or lightweight jacket for the air-conditioned meeting rooms. Dressing in layers works best in the evening, to be prepared for temperature drops in the late afternoon/early evening hours.

Important Travel Reminders
Please bring:
- Photo ID to board the airplane.
- Traveler's checks and credit cards, rather than a large amount of cash. Note traveler's check numbers in a place separate from the actual checks.
- A spare pair of glasses or contact lenses, or a copy of your prescription.
- Prescription medications. Be sure to bring enough to last your entire trip, or prescription re-fill orders. Keep prescription medicine in hand-carried items in the event you experience a delay in getting your checked bags.
- Readily accessible medical information, including your doctor's name and contact information, as well as any necessary insurance cards.
Remember:
- Due to new security rules, your checked luggage cannot be locked. However, it is good practice to lock any luggage once checked into the hotel. Keep the luggage keys with you at all times.

Registration Policies
- Cancellation – Cancellations made between August 8, 2009 and June 30, 2010 will be entitled to a refund equal to the amount paid less a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made after June 30, 2010.
- Transfer Policy – Conference registrations for the 2010 Global Conference are non-transferable.
*Airfare, Airport Transfer, Hotel Accommodations, Youth Programs, and Meals are not included unless specified.
